DESCRIPTION
It is the product of premium quality durum wheat from the fertile soil of the west Macedonia region. It is cleaned, peeled, and ground with traditional methods in millstones.
Arosis Bulgur has high nutritional value as it is rich in fiber, protein, minerals (phosphorus, iron, and calcium) and vitamins. It is tasty and aromatic and can be used in many recipes like the Bulgur Pilaf and in the popular Tabbouleh salad.
Bulgur has long been a staple in the Greek Cypriot diet. It is served as a side with almost all dishes, from vegetables and salads to meet dishes.
