The Organic Greek Pitted Kalamata Olive is a large, dark purple olive with a smooth, meaty texture. Organic Greek Pitted Kalamata Olives are preserved  in a simple brine of water, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.

Kalamata Olives and their oils are naturally rich in healthy fats and antioxidants, iron and Vitamins A, E & K. Which help lower risks of heart disease, diabetes, cancer and other inflammatory conditions.

These are delicious Greek olives ideal for cooking, salads, or just snacking. 

Kalamata is a city found in Peloponnese, Greece. The Kalamata Olives that grows in this region are known for their superior taste and quality.

For more than five generations, the Liokareas family has harvested their farm the way it was harvested by family in 1875, by using traditional harvesting methods. Handpicked and hand-packed. Kalamata Olives are found only on the Peloponnese peninsula in Southern Greece.
